Only a select group can call themselves CL Alumni. Completing a CL Men or GPS program allows you exclusive access to join our alumni in the new program.
CL Alumni Saturday will be the first of regular semi-annual events to bring all Changing Lanes alumni together. We will have free breakfast while you enjoy a message from Dr. Nathan Baxter.
What are CL Alumni small groups?
- Four-month small groups starting one week after Saturday event
- Multiple group options to choose the one that best fits schedule and location
- Groups meet every other week for 60 to 90 mins
- Check-in opportunities each meeting
- Led by CL Alumni
- Connection with other Changing Lanes alumni
- And it’s FREE!
Unlike your previous time in Changing Lanes, CL Alumni is set up as a short term commitment and a place to build a connection with others who have completed a CL Men program.
GUEST SPEAKER
Nathan has been coaching leaders for over 30 years, the founder of Lead Self Lead Others, LLC. He has trained 22 coaches and 9 of them have joined the LSLO Coaching Team. To date they have successfully coached over 3,500 leaders in a variety of industries including Banking, Real Estate, Cryogenics, Medical, Oil & Gas, Public Accounting, Engineering, Industrial Supply, Sales, Athletic Equipment, Colleges & Schools, Churches, to name a few. As of date, they have provided services for their clients in 15 different states and 5 different countries.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Administration from Oklahoma State University, Masters of Divinity Degree with Biblical Languages (Greek and Hebrew) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Nathan has been married to Dianne for 33 years and they have two married sons and 3 grandchildren and 2 more on the way. They recently co-authored a book entitled Real Coaching Success (2020), What it Takes to be an Excellent Coach and Build Your Business. They live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
